Five floors plus Ground and basement for full Passive fire protection works.

•       Intumescent paint 90 minutes fire rating with Top seal.
•       Underfloor cavity barrier
•       Above ceiling cavity barrier
•       Full passive fire protection penetrations and services.

 Commenced January 2025.

McLaren Building, Birmingham.

We have been awarded Passive fire protection package

•       Full passive fire protection on the first floor and basement floor refurbishment of Birmingham Mclaren building.

Commencing March.

Centre City Towers Phase 2, Birmingham.

Fireholt FP have been awarded the Passive fire protection contract on 3 levels for Phase 2 on Centre City Towers in Birmingham. 

•        Above ceiling cavity barrier
•        Below floor cavity barrier
•        Full Passive firestopping penetrations and services.

Commencing April.
